• About size measurements: We use mean or median to calculate flower length and width, not branch extension or maximum. Most other suppliers use branch extension or max.

• About the quality of flowers: We have strict requirements on flower materials and designs, please check our daily updates on Instagram. Even if you see similar styles or designs to our products from other suppliers, please pay attention to the following subtle differences: SIZE (length, width and height), DENSITY (quantity and type of flower material), MATERIAL (realism), DESIGN of the finished product (stability, visual harmony and innovation).

• About the quality of the stands: Some stands look very good in pictures or videos, but please pay attention to their practicality, that is, the key information that cannot be presented in pictures or videos: STABILITY, CONVENIENCE of installation and disassembly. Most other suppliers offer stands that are very thin, bad stability, and are just visually pleasing.

• Another important note for flowers: You may notice that in some setups in our online store, there are two flowers in length A, but when the 2 pcs flowers are combined into 1 pcs, the length will be shorter than (A+A). Because in the actual practice, 2 pcs flowers combined into 1 pcs flowers will exist some extent of 'squash', it makes the visual more harmonious. We believe all professional event planners can understand the issue easily, but as a professional company, we have to mention this point to our customers who never do any setups before.In a word, all the customers will receive the actual product with the size in your order, promised. In many cases, we will exceed the size you ordered. In 11 years, we have never had customers feedback about cutting corners.

Delivery time

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is shipped out, your tracking number and tracking website will be provided. The tracking number will be active within 1 business day, and this may take longer during events or holidays.

If you are unable to track your package properly, please feel free to contact us through our official contact channel, we'll reply to you in 1 business day.

Delivery delay or time-out

We rarely have issues with delayed or time-out deliveries. Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or customs inspection and so on, you may experience delivery delays but our Support Team will make all efforts to get your package to you as soon as possible.

Note

Fees: Except for extremely special extreme circumstances, we will not charge additional packaging and transportation fees.

Packaging: We will carry out a targeted packaging solution according to the characteristics of the product, so as to prevent the product from being damaged to the greatest extent.

• Due to international express shipping restrictions, your flowers may be a little squeezed to some extent.

• But please don’t worry, the stems of the flower materials are made of wire, so please feel free to resort and arrange them after delivery, it will make the flowers return to a better fluffy state.
